Sullivan Richardson has joined Hopkins Development Co. in Newport Beach as chief financial officer. He was previously chief financial officer for the Birtcher Financial Services Group in Laguna Niguel, and a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. Hopkins Development specializes in the development of neighborhood and community shopping centers.
