We’re talking about California public land. What’s next, three secret hangars at LAX? The basement of the Los Angeles Museum of Art? The upper 10 floors of the tallest Los Angeles County building?
This thing sounds like the beginning of secrecy piled upon secrecy, and the $21.8 million bucks may only be a buck in the bucket. Help! No matter what, it’s a marvelous opening for a new 007 movie. The Marx Brothers would really have a romp with it if 007 was too involved in Paris, Luxembourg or the Cayman Islands to figure out who is who and why all the secrecy.
