A connecting bridge on the first two floors joins the 10-story medical office building with Irvine Medical Center Hospital, immediately adjacent, at Sand Canyon Avenue and Alton Parkway in Irvine.
Design of the present $14.3-million, 120,000-square-foot structure is the concept of Millard J. Archuleta of Feola Deenihan Archuleta Architects of Glendale. The developer is also planning a twin building to be erected on the same 9.5-acre site.
