U.S. Playing Card Corp. Sold: Jesup Group Inc. announced that it has completed the sale of U.S. Playing Card Corp. to Bicycle Acquisition Corp. in a deal worth more than $95 million. Under the agreement, Jesup Group will own about 20% of Bicycle Acquisition, a new company formed by Frontenac Co. and management, said Jesup spokeswoman Barbara C. Anderson. U.S. Playing Card is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of branded playing cards with sales of about $90 million.
