CMS Enhancements Inc. earned $4.8 million in the year ended June 30, nearly double the $2.5 million earned a year ago. The Tustin-based manufacturer of computer storage devices said its sales rose 32% to $200.4 million from $151.5 million in fiscal 1988. For the fourth quarter, earnings were up 17.7% to $1.2 million from $1 million in the year-earlier period. Sales rose slightly to $42.8 million from $42.3 million.
