Howard Metcalfe has resigned as president, chief executive and a director of software company Telos Corp. “to pursue personal interests.” Telos, based in Santa Monica, elected Lin Conger as president. Conger, also chairman, served as president and chief executive from the company’s incorporation in 1969 through February, 1987. Conger said the board has formed a special search committee to select a chief executive.
