“Is this Heaven? No, it’s Iowa.” The state of Iowa is hoping to capitalize on any confusion between the two places and has adopted the line from Universal Pictures’ “Field of Dreams” as its state slogan. The line, licensed by the Iowa Dept. of Economic Development as its unofficial slogan, will be used by the state to promote a variety of tourism and film-related projects. The new logo will debut at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines on Sunday and will be emblazoned on T-shirts, mugs and buttons.
