L.A. Gear Inc. announced today that its board of directors has approved a two-for-one stock split of the company’s common stock.
The stock split will be effective and payable to the company’s shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 5. L.A. Gear Inc. designs, develops and markets athletic-style footwear manufactured abroad.
