WORLD : Israelis Kill Palestinian in Gaza Strip

JERUSALEM —
Soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian during violence in the Israeli-occupied Gaza Strip today, while in the West Bank the army said it destroyed two houses and sealed another because residents were suspected of attacks against Israeli targets.
Soldiers in Gaza City fatally shot Ismail abu Jayad, 27, in the head, Palestinian sources said. Jayad, a Deir al Balah refugee camp resident who had twice been under administrative detention, died of his wounds at Shifa Hospital.
