Paul G. Kirk Jr., a managing partner in the Boston law firm of Sullivan & Worcester, has been elected a member of the board of New York-based ITT Corp. Kirk served as chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 1985 until earlier this year when he resigned and returned to Sullivan & Worcester, which he joined in 1977.
