Four veteran Chinese Communist Party members are awaiting sentencing for making thousands of dollars through corruption, the government newspaper Economic Daily reported. The officials were identified as Wang Lizhong, former head of the petrochemical industry and environmental protection offices in Heilongjiang province; Guan Wenbin and Li Kexiang, both officials of the Daqing petrochemical factory in that province, and Yao Zhiwu, an engineer and party official in Inner Mongolia.
