Wyle Laboratories, El Segundo, has named Paul E. Tobin executive vice president-scientific services and systems group. He succeeds William T. Brooks, who recently retired. Tobin previously was vice president of Wyle’s systems and support operations, which are headquartered in Hampton, Va.
