Here Comes the Bride: “Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding,” the infamous off-Broadway show in which theatergoers participate in the fictitious “nuptials” of a Queens, N.Y., couple, will open in Los Angeles Oct. 15. Nancy Cassaro and Mark Nassar, original cast members from the Artificial Intelligence production, will reprise their roles as bride and bridegroom when the “environmental theater piece” comes to Park Plaza Hotel in the mid-Wilshire district. The “play’s” garden wedding will be followed by a reception next door in the Pompeii Court. Admission ($55-$65) to the three-hour show covers dinner, dancing and the traditional throwing of rice at the newlyweds. Another company of “Wedding” is still playing in New York after 400-plus performances.
