U.S. Attorney Nominee

WASHINGTON —
President Bush has announced that he will nominate Jeffrey R. Howard, a deputy attorney general of New Hampshire, to be that state’s U.S. attorney. Howard, 33, would succeed Richard V. Wiebusch.
