COMMERCIAL SCENE : Construction Started on Escondido Retail Center

Construction has begun on the $14-million Felicita Town Center, a retail project, in Escondido.

Sun Val Development Corp. is building the 126,619-square-foot project on the southwest corner of Felicita Avenue and Centre City Parkway. Grubb & Ellis is handling leasing.
