Mattel Inc. promoted Thomas M. Coughlin to vice president-business affairs, licensing and entertainment and Dean Iacopetti to vice president-finance and operations. Formerly director of business and legal affairs for the company, Coughlin joined Mattel in 1986. Iacopetti, who joined Mattel in 1979, most recently had been director of finance.
