Paramount, MCA Plan Ad Venture: Paramount Domestic Television and MCA TV have agreed to sell advertising on programs distributed by both companies through a joint venture. The new firm, Premier Advertiser Sales, is scheduled to begin operations Oct. 1 and sell ads for such Paramount programs as “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and “The Arsenio Hall Show” as well as MCA shows including “Lassie” and “The Munsters Today.”
