The New York-based J. Walter Thompson advertising agency has signed a 10-year lease valued at $15 million for more than 45,000 square feet in the 17-story, 400,000-square-foot Landmark II office tower, being built in Brentwood.
Landmark II is scheduled to open in November at 11766 Wilshire Blvd., directly across the street from its sister tower, the 24-story Wilshire Landmark.
The towers are being developed by Homart Development Co., an arm of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. Coldwell Banker represented Homart in negotiating the J. Walter Thompson lease, and Peter R. Friedman Ltd. represented the advertising agency, which plans to relocate its Los Angeles office to the Brentwood building in April.
