Keith F. Pinsoneault has resigned as president and chief operating officer of Sutro & Co. Inc., a San Francisco investment firm founded in 1858. Pinsoneault stepped down “for personal and business reasons,” the company said. “Keith will now be free to actively explore opportunities that have been unavailable to him as president,” said Charles W. Daggs, the company’s chairman and chief executive. The positions will not be refilled, Daggs said.
