The owner of an Orange towing company has released the truck of a man killed in an August drive-by shooting, waiving the $300 fee that had been charged for storage. The family of Juan Pedro Trujillo had complained that police had told them that there would be no charge when they impounded the car on Aug. 6. They said they did not have money to pay the fee. Police said the family members, who speak little English, had erred in not picking up the 1973 truck after police finished examining it.
