Color Laptop Unit Introduced by NEC

WOOD DALE, Ill. —
NEC Corp. has introduced what it said is the first color laptop computer available in the United States.
The company said the laptop, the Prospeed CSX, is expected to begin shipping in mid-October and will retail for $8,499 to $9,499.
