Maintenance Contract

DynCorp, formerly Dynalectron Corp., said it has been awarded an Air Force contract to provide maintenance and support services at Williams Air Force Base in Phoenix, Ariz.

The contract, which includes a base year with four one-year options, is valued at $85 million, the company said.
