Health Net has leased 19,407 square feet at 21600 Oxnard St. in Warner Center Plaza, Woodland Hills, for a total consideration of $2,676,000.

The new lease represents an expansion in the building for Health Net, bringing the total occupied by the health maintenance firm to 88,000 square feet. Coldwell Banker represented the lessee and the lessor, The Voit Cos.
