GRAND OPENING : Chino Hills Homes

Four furnished models have been completed for the grand opening this weekend of Galloping Hill at Gordon Ranch. The sales office for the detached, single-family, two-level homes is at 3095 Buckhaven Road, Chino Hills.

The project is designed by Berkus-Group Architects and decorated by Showplace Interiors, San Diego. The developer is D. T. Smith Inc. Homes. Thirty-one of a total of 136 homes are offered in this phase. Prices range from $269,900 to $329,900.

Four floor plans offer a choice of 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 baths. The homes range in size from 2,159 to 2,625 square feet and include balconies, wood-burning fireplaces, three-car attached garages and clerestory windows.

Models are open daily, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. To reach the project, take the Pomona (60) Freeway east to the Corona (70) Expressway south to the Grand Avenue exit.
