FBI agents arrested Pedro Luis Estrada Jr., one of their 10 most wanted fugitives, in Harrisburg, Pa., after getting a tip from a caller to the “America’s Most Wanted” television show, an agent said. Estrada, 25, a reputed henchman for a New York-based narcotics ring, was arrested without incident at a private residence by FBI agents and local and state police, the agent said. Estrada had been sought by New York City authorities since Nov. 21, 1986, for three homicides and possible involvement in two others, the agent said.
