President Bush thought he was seeing double Monday night when he headed down the receiving line at a private reception preceding the 10th annual President’s Ball in Washington. There at the end was his likeness . . . in the persona of impersonator Fred Travalena. “I can’t believe it,” laughed the President, who quickly summoned Mrs. Bush to check out the double. Travalena’s prosthetic makeup was so exact that the actor was assigned four Secret Service agents for the evening.
