K&B; Unit Sells Paris Property: Kaufman & Broad Home Corp. in Los Angeles announced the sale of an office building complex in Paris for $600 million. Kaufman & Broad, which pre-sells its commercial real estate projects in France prior to development, said it believes that this sale is the largest single commercial real estate transaction in the country’s history. The purchaser is a group of international investors led by Kowa Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Industrial Bank of Japan.
