VCR Firm Begins Trading on NASDAQ

Interactive Media Technologies Inc. said its stock has begun trading on NASDAQ under the symbol IMTX, following the completion of an initial public offering of 5 million common shares.

The company initially will produce and market computer-controlled VCR systems.
