About 1,500 workers struck the Caliente Race Track in Tijuana, Mexico, asking for higher wages as the Mexican peso drops in value against the dollar.
The walkout affected the Race and Sports book operations at eight locations, as well as greyhound racing. If it is not resolved by the weekend, horse racing will be canceled.
