Robert H. Bork, former federal judge and unsuccessful nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, was elected Friday, along with two others, to the board of Sundstrand Corp., a Rockford, Ill., defense contractor. Bork, 62, currently is with the American Enterprise Institute. Other new Sundstrand directors are David Acheson, 67, a retired partner in the Washington law firm Drinker, Biddle & Reath, and Charles Marshall, 60, recently retired vice chairman of American Telephone & Telegraph Co.
