Commercial Scene : Toyota Motor Sales Buys Acreage in Long Beach

Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. has purchased 409,200 square feet at 6505 Paramount Blvd. in Long Beach from 6505 Paramount Associates. The 9.4-acre site, which sold for $6.35 million, will be used by Toyota to expand its existing manufacturing facility.

L. M. Cummings of the Staubach Co. represented Toyota and Industrial Commerical represented the seller.
