Commercial Scene : Beeba’s Creations Inc. Signs San Marcos Lease

Beeba’s Creations Inc., a wholesale clothing company, has signed a six-year lease for 120,000 square feet of industrial space at 1040 Los Vallecitos in San Marcos.

The $3.9-million lease was negotiated by Glenn Karp of the San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis, who represented the lessee, and by Craig Greenlaw, Lanie Allee and Steve Holland of Coldwell Banker, who represented the lessor, Spanjian Properties.

Beeba’s Creations Inc., a San Diego-based company that distributes womens’ apparel to retailers nationwide, will combine three distribution outlets in the new San Marcos location.
