Andre C. Dimitriadis has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer at Beverly Enterprises Inc., a long-term health-care company based in Pasadena. Dimitriadis has been executive vice president, finance, chief financial officer and a director for American Medical International. William M. Wright, currently executive vice president and chief financial officer, had previously announced his plans to retire, but will remain as executive vice president.
