WORLD : Soviet Troops Kill Man, Hurt 6

MOSCOW —
Soviet troops opened fire after being attacked with hunting rifles and stones in the disputed area of Nagorno-Karabakh, killing one man and wounding six, local officials said today.
An official of the special Moscow commission now ruling Karabakh said five enlisted men and one officer were also injured in the incident late Tuesday night.
