Glazer Group Seeks More of Harley: A group led by Malcolm I. Glazer said it had requested federal permission to increase its stake in the motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson Inc. to 15%. The investor group said in a statement issued at its Rochester, N.Y., headquarters that it was still studying “a full range of options” regarding its stake in Harley, the last remaining U.S. maker of motorcycles. The group currently holds 6.24% of Harley’s stock. There has been speculation that Glazer, who has made takeover bids for other companies in the past, might launch a bid for Harley.
