The South Orange County Chamber of Commerce is selling a pamphlet that provides a wide range of statistics about the Saddleback Valley.

The publication is $2, and it may be purchased by mail or at the chamber office, 25431 Cabot Road, Suite 205, Laguna Hills, Calif. 92653.

“The publication includes such information as climate, community demographics, growth and county trends, real estate statistics, tax and insurance rates, employment, education, utilities, community facilities and transportation,” said Wendy Harle, chamber director of public relations.

Harle said the place described in the pamphlet “is mainly composed of unincorporated communities, and it’s often very difficult for someone to obtain statistical and demographic information about these areas.”

The communities in the profile are Mission Viejo, El Toro, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita. (Mission Viejo is the only incorporated city in that group.)

“This publication would be very useful for any business or person thinking about moving to this area,” Harle said.
