Park/Abrams Development Co. paid $8.8 million for 14 acres in El Toro’s Dimension Business Park on Lake Forest Drive.
Selling was J. Ferguson Partners/Dimension. Park/Abrams is building a $7-million shopping center on the site, to include restaurants, fast-food outlets, offices and a gas station. The center is 80% pre-leased, Park/Abrams says.
