Construction is expected to be completed on the first phase of the San Clemente Corporate Center in mid-November, with the second phase to get under way in the second quarter of 1990. Each phase consists of a three-story, 60,000-square-foot building, featuring blue reflective glass and lobbies of polished granite. The $16-million office development is on a five-acre parcel at the corner of Avenida Pico and Calle Amanecer in the Rancho San Clemente Business Park.
