Workers Complete Buddha Billed as World’s Biggest

HONG KONG —
Workers from China on Friday completed what its builders call the world’s biggest outdoor Buddha, poised on a hilltop on Hong Kong’s largest outlying island.
A special ceremony was held on Lantau Island to mark the positioning of the head on the 275-ton copper statue.
