Video works ranging from new programs produced in High Definition Television to a retrospective of shows that have won Peabody Awards are included in the ninth annual American Film Institute Video Festival, taking place Oct. 26-29 on the AFI campus. The 100-plus hours of video also includes programs on the ongoing struggles in Africa and recent videotapes produced by Latin American women. Panel discussions and demonstrations of new technologies will round out the event.
