S&L; Sells 469,200 Shares of ATI Medical of Glendale

Atlantic Financial Federal, a Pennsylvania-based savings and loan, cut its stake in ATI Medical of Glendale to less than 1% from 9.2%.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Atlantic Financial said it sold 469,200 ATI shares for $8.50 a share, or $4 million, on Sept. 20. The stock was sold to several brokers who bought the shares for clients, the filing said.

Atlantic Financial still owns 20,000 shares of ATI, which rents medical equipment to hospitals.
