Arab Council Convenes

RABAT, Morocco — King Hassan II of Morocco inaugurated the first session of the Union of Arab Maghreb Consultative Council last week. The council is comprised of 10 parliamentarians each from Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania.
