The New York Stock Exchange said September program trading represented 13.8% of average daily NYSE trading volume, compared to 10.3% in August . . . Falcon Cable TV announced that Falcon First Cable of the Southeast has entered into an agreement with First Carolina Cable TV to purchase about 54,000 subscribers in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. The price was not disclosed.
