Rexon Inc. Agrees in Principle to Buy Sytron

Rexon Inc., a Simi Valley producer of computer data-storage devices, said it agreed in principle to buy Sytron Corp., a software development concern. The purchase price was not disclosed. The proposed deal is subject to a definitive agreement and to approval by both companies’ directors and Sytron’s stockholders.
