It’s time to play “Name That Award.” Theatre LA, searching for a name for its new Governors Award, has turned the hunt into an actual contest. The prize will be 12 pairs of tickets to shows at any of the 74 theaters that belong to Theatre LA (but no more than one pair per theater). The name should not be associated with individuals or particular theaters. Entries should be telephoned to Theatre LA at (213) 614-0556 by Nov. 13. (Suggestions that already were mailed to Stage Watch at The Times will be forwarded to Theatre LA.)
