Tight end Rod Bernstine, who missed the San Diego Chargers’ last two games with a knee sprain, says he’ll be out another couple of weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery to repair torn cartilage. “They detected a little tear, and it will set me back for three weeks or so,” Bernstine said after Thursday’s surgery.
