Operations Chief: Martin Bloom has been named vice president and general manager of Shreve & Co., a jewelry distributor in South Coast Plaza. He will oversee all operations and merchandising for the store. Previously, Bloom was a supervisor at H. Stern Jewellers in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, and before that, senior regional manager for Robinson’s Fine Jewelry Salons in Southern California.
