A 17th body was found Monday in the wreckage of a Phillips Petroleum Co. plastics plant, a week after explosions and a fire destroyed the facility. Five workers remained unaccounted for, and the company has said there is virtually no hope that any of the five would be found alive.

The explosions and fire Oct. 23 injured 109 people, including some area residents hit by flying debris. Nine remained hospitalized.
