1 Dead, 1 Injured as Plane Crashes in Florida Swamp

FT. MYERS, Fla. —
A twin-engine plane crashed Wednesday in a swamp near the Southwest Florida Regional Airport, killing a passenger and critically injuring the pilot, officials said. The Piper Aerostar was on its way from Miami to Southwest Regional when the crash occurred.
