Pic ‘N’ Save Corp.: The general merchandise retailer said third-quarter earnings declined 43% to $4.5 million. Sales totaled $101 million, up 21%. The Carson-based firm said it opened nine new stores during the quarter. The company blamed weak sales and higher interest expense for the reduced earnings.
